My name is Luca Fabbro, and I am the chef and owner of the Hotel and Restaurant that I have the honor to manage together with my partner Stephanie. My culinary career spans over 20 years during which I have refined my skills working in various prestigious restaurants. Between 2016 and 2018, I embarked on a two-year journey around the world, an adventure that profoundly marked my view of cooking and life. This journey was not only an opportunity to discover new culinary horizons but also a valuable baggage of knowledge and experiences that is reflected in my dishes today.
